LETTER TO VENDORS:
Our 2019 Theme is: TRAILS R US
Back Country Horsemen works diligently at local, state and federal levels to keep our trails clear for all users; therefore we have added venues for our different trail users to learn from - including the hikers, kayakers, fisherman, hunters, bicyclists and of course equine users. From Washington DC to Klamath Falls, BCH has the trail user in mind always, to protect our rights and keep our Forest open for everyone.
Please read both the Application and Terms and Conditions carefully. We need your application to reserve your booth space and to make sure you are in the program. Please return the enclosed application with the appropriate fees as soon as possible. As stated, after February 1, 2019 your booth may not be available.
Thursday May 2, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. we will have the Vendor Appreciation Social in front of the concession stand (dining area on the map). This is FREE and a big THANK YOU for attending and supporting our event.
If you would like to advertise in our program or be a sponsor for this event, log on to our website for details, or call Debra Lindland 541-273-7050 (webmaster) or Chris Worden at 541-591-0967 (advertising, sponsor and program chair).
RV reservations can be made again this year! If your RV reservation is on the application, it will be reserved; if not call Steve Hilbert at 541-281-1459 or email him at DebbieH@LonesomeDuck.com to advance reserve.
Dogs are allowed at our event in your booth, but must be crated and on a leash for taking their walks.
For any questions, please call or email me. We will be using our Social Media Facebook page (see above) to advertise our vendors again this year so please give us your Facebook page name and please use ours for your page. This is a wonderful way of working together to attract more attendees.
Thank you for your cooperation and we all look forward to seeing you at our 32d year of the Pack Expo.
